Features
Cap assembly machine is for assembly the PE O-ring into caps, it is widely used in cap factories, packaging factories, food products factories and pharmaceutical factories
The entire machine adopts Siemens PLC and touch screen control. The electrical control system adopts variable frequency control techniques, so it features random setting, wide applicable scope, simple operation, stable running, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance and strong durability.
Main machine drive system adopts mechanical transmission, which contributes to stable and reliable operation of the machine. It is applicable for caps of various specifications.
There is no damages to caps during the sealing processes in the machine, any wearing, scratches, pressing marks, greasy dirt or deformed caused by machine are deemed to be unqualified.
Final cap will be detected by laser sensor to reject cap without aluminum foil to guarantee the certified rate.
End product unloading and counting the quantity. You can preset the quantity of one batch, when the counting number reaches the setting number, the machine can stop running automatically. The quantity may reset as well.
Control system uses touche screen, the flow and the fault automatic demonstration, the operation is easy.
There is a cap shortage stop function, when vibrator disc out of caps and no cap feed to main machine, the main machine will stop running automatically; and when cap refeed, the machine will restart automatically.
This machine is specially suitable for the occasion which has strict and severe sanitary requirements. It can avoid secondary pollution on the materials, and it can omit the sterilizing technics.
