Features
Sorting the caps automatically, the 5 gallon caps were sorted into the channel in the same direction, caps were feed to the converyer and pushed to the clip groove by the air cylinder simultaneity. 5 gallon caps were convery into the machine by chain with separater, this shall provide smooth sorting and accurate positioning for assembly which also can reduce the crap rate of the cap tremendously.
With hign accuracy aire and electric control robot, the picking delivering and applying function shall be conducted. So high accuracy picking, improving hygiene’s level and reducing engrgy consumption are provided in the whole process.
With the liner storage in the machine, the operater just need to put the tidy liner into the storage.
