6、The machine meets all state Environmental safety,Machinery safety,Electrical safety standards.There are safety top covers,over load protection,Emergency pressing functions installed to protect operators.
7、Vibrator Cap feeders,horizontal vibrating conveyor and belts connect with PLC panel under European standard.
8、All the detective sensor cable is express change connect,which are easy to change in the future.
9、There is not damages during the products working processes in the assembly machine,any wearing,scratches,pressing marks,greasy dirt or deformed caused by machine are deemed to be unqualified。
Main Structure
1、Feeding transmission System
Cam dividing plate feeding,Caps feeding into stations by indexing plate.
2、Cap Feeding System
Automatic vibrator feeders for sorting caps to be upwards and feeding caps into conveyor,then taken by indexing plate in the main transmission system.
3、Desiccant Dryer
Automatic desiccant separator filling desiccant into caps in certain quantity.
4、Desiccant Inspection
Four color sensor detect if there are desiccant in caps or not,and auto reject the caps without desiccant dryer inserted.
5、Cardboard inserting
Vacuum suction taken 4 cardboard at one time and insert into caps.
6、Cardboard inspection
Four color sensor detect if there are cardboard inside caps or not,and auto reject the caps without cardboard inserted.
7、Sealing
There are 2 times hot sealing in the machine,first pre-heat for soften caps,and second time forming sealing.
8、Outlet and packing
Al qualified filling sealing caps goes into outlet conveyor,counter counting and fall into packing box.
