Cap Machinery Factory

Your Automatic Cap Machine Manufacturing Partner

Since 2008, FURI has manufactured CE-certified automatic cap assembly equipment for plastic closure applications. Engineering, CNC machining, system assembly and equipment testing are coordinated within one factory under an ISO 9000 quality system.

Choose from standard cap machine platforms or work with our engineers on non-standard automation built around your closure design, assembly process and packaging line requirements.

Integrated System Assembly

Cap feeding, assembly, liner insertion, PLC controls and CCD inspection are integrated and commissioned as one production system before shipment.

One Commissioned Line

Built Around Your Actual Components

Customer-supplied caps, liners and inserts guide the tooling design, feeding method, positioning structure and inspection setup for each machine.

FURI engineering team developing a non-standard cap assembly machine 18 Engineers

Your bottle cap design determines how each component must be fed, oriented, positioned and assembled. Our 18-person engineering team develops the machine structure, custom mechanisms, tooling, PLC controls and servo motion around those requirements.

For closures that fall outside standard machine platforms, we engineer non-standard cap assembly machines around the actual process sequence. Our systems can also interface with conveyors, injection molding equipment and downstream packaging lines.

Pre-Shipment Verification

How We Verify Every Machine Before Shipment

Request a FAT Review
Dimensional inspection of CNC-machined cap machine components
Step 01

Critical Component Inspection

Critical CNC-machined parts and transmission components undergo dimensional inspection before they are released for precision machine assembly.

Cap machinery running a continuous 72-hour no-load test
Step 02

72-Hour No-Load Run

The completed cap machine runs continuously for 72 hours to check mechanical stability, electrical temperature rise and motion consistency.

Loaded production trial with customer caps and liners
Step 03

Loaded Production Trial

We run customer-supplied caps and liners under production conditions to verify feeding stability, assembly results, vision inspection and sustained output at the agreed speed.

Factory acceptance test and CE safety review of a cap assembly machine
Step 04

FAT and Safety Review

Machine functions, emergency stops, safety light curtains and electrical protection are reviewed against the agreed FAT protocol and applicable CE requirements.
